Specialties

Maui's only authentic European style bakery. We offer fresh baked breads, pastries, donuts, malasadas, bagels and many other treats made daily from scratch. The malasada, Hawaii's favorite donut that comes to us from Portuguese descent, is a light fluffy yeast donut that is often stuffed with vanilla custard, guava jelly or even bacon! Thanks to the influence of our very own French baker, Jean Louis, ours are lighter and fluffier that what you will find anywhere else. Some of our customer favorites sell out daily (especially malasadas), so come early!
