For the cost of this plate in Waikiki, it does a great job. Pepper steak done right at whatever steak doneness you want. This combined with a salad. I got the ranch dressing and chose to skip it...

We ordered the steak. Can't really beat the price but its like that for a reason. It tasted okay and cooked under what we asked for but it did its job.
