Sea House Restaurant at Napili Kai Beach Resort offers open-air dining and delicious sea-to-table cuisine at its oceanfront location on Maui’s gorgeous Napili Bay. Under the direction of Executive Chef Alex Stanislaw, the Sea House serves gourmet takes on classic dishes infused with island-inspired flavors and locally sourced ingredients. Breakfast favorites include the Molokai Sweet Potato Frittata, Haleakala Pancake, and Homemade Macadamia Nut Cinnamon Roll with cream cheese icing. Other signature dishes include the Macadamia Nut-Crusted Mahi Mahi, Poke Nachos, and “60 Second” Ceviche. Over the years, the Sea House has received numerous accolades for its food, atmosphere, and service. In addition to being continually recognized as having the best happy hour on Maui, the Sea House has been repeatedly named “Most Maui-est” and has been a runner-up for “Restaurant of the Year” in Maui No Ka Oi magazine’s ʻAipono Awards.
