Yah he's a rip off over charge and ask for more $$. He didn't agree to the said amount. After the road test he ask for more..what a crook..

Mean old driving instructor had the worst experience. First, if you take 1 1/2 hour of driving class he cheats one hour and 15 minutes charge me $90. He brags about himself i bet he got plenty...

He will teach u everything u need to know for the road test..... highly suggest Kapolei!!!
