Poke is one of our most favorite traditional Hawaiian dish, and we have taken this classic dish and put several twists to it. We use ahi, salmon, kajiki, shrimp, octopus, scallop and tofu with different mixtures including seaweed, onions, kale and more to create a fresh, light, delicious meal. We believe not only the tourists from all over the world will love this new concept of Poke Bowls but also Kama'aina.
