Manawai Estate Chocolate is a cacao and tropical fruit farm on Maui's north shore along the famed Road to Hana. 2 tours are offered- 1 hr Cacao 101 and 3 hr Food of the Gods. Learn about how cacao is grown harvested, fermented and made into chocolate and hands on stone grinding bean on longer tours. Both include a guided chocolate tasting of world and Hawaii grown cacao.

We stopped here to try some local chocolate and found out that they have a wine bar upstairs that does chocolate pairings you get five free trial pieces and can purchase more along with pairings...

Totally do this!! Our tour guide was Steph (Stephanie) and she was super helpful. The tour was informative and so worth it. And...you get like three free pieces of chocolate during the tour.
