This is a cute artistic town. It reminds me of Carmel, California. Look for the Parking Lot just around the corner from the main part of town.

On your way down from Haleakala Makawao is a short distance away. Your timing needs to be right, ours wasn't this trip. Why? Komoda Bakery was closed so no giant cream puffs for us, oh well......
