HistoryI Liq Chuan is a chinese internal martial art created by Sijo Chin Lik Keong in Malaysia. His son, Sifu Sam Chin, is the current lineage holder of the art. Sifu Sam systematize the art and created a detailed curriculum to pass the art down to the next generation. Sijo Chin Lik Keong was heavily influenced by southern martial arts including Lee style and Feng Yang Ru Yi. I Liq Chuan Hawaii was started by Prof. Lipyeow Lim when he moved to Honolulu to join the University of Hawaii. Prior to 2009, Mark Krivda had taught I Liq Chuan informally in Honolulu from 2003-2009, and prior to Mark, Daniel Chang had also taught I Liq Chuan in Honolulu some years back.SpecialtiesZhong Xin Dao - I Liq Chuan is a chinese internal martial art based on Tai Chi and Zen principles.
