Kinda hard to get to and find on the map. I'm assuming it's just gorgeous views along the side road next to the beach. The only thing is there are old ratty houses and homeless peeps in tents...

As soon as we drove up, we saw the water spouts of whales out in the water. We saw one breach from afar. You can get out of the car, but not necessary.

It's a great spot for whale watching, just don't forget your binoculars! We went mid-Jan, parked easily, and sat out on the rocks beside the parking lot for about 30 min and saw at least 6 whales...
