Every time we visit Oahu, we have to drive up for Garlic Shrimp from Jenny's Shrimp Truck They make it sooo ono with the right balance of garlic and a very good flavor

I really don't understand the hype around Jenny's shrimp truck on the North Shore. The rice was hard, dry, and tasted undercooked -- and since most of the garlic was on the rice, it didn't help...
