History

My wife and I worked at MnJ Deli & Catering in Baltimore for about 8 years so when we moved to Hawaii two years ago, we finally achieved our dream of opening our own deli shop. HUMU Deli itself may be young but we come with years of creating delicious sandwiches and drinks for many families in Baltimore~ We now hope to provide many people in Honolulu a place to get great food and grow our business to serve even more families!

As extreme lovers of food, we especially understand the importance of taste, quality, freshness, and healthiness of the food you eat. So we don't accept anything less than perfection to our own taste buds for all our menu items. We also think it's important to have a whole variety of food available to all kinds of diets, so whether you are vegan, gluten-free, or enjoy eating any other type of food, there is something for you!
