HPC Foods Ltd. is one of the state's largest food manufacturers and distributors. Based in Honolulu, Hawaii, the company produces a variety of products for the Taro Brand label, including poi, sprouts and cut fruits and vegetables. HPC Foods' Taro Pancake Mix is becoming a no-brainer Sunday morning breakfast. HPC dehydrates poi and blends it with wheat flour. This yields a fluffy & light pancake with a slight purple tint....
