If cuisine is an art our chefs have mastered the canvas. Himalayan kitchen entire kitchen is prepared from scratch. We bring our fresh vegetables daily from our local vendors. Our fresh catch fish also comes from local fisherman and perfected with our cuisines. You can consider us your personal chefs. Everything is prepared from scratch so you can always twist or create your own dish through our menu. You can choose the spice level from 0 to 10 or get your own home made house hot sauce. Our menu is a blend between Nepali, Indian, Tibetan cuisines also referred as Himalayan regions. We also do daily specials as our creative chefs also like to present in a fusion style in daily specials.
