The nurses were very rude and talked about me behind my back in a very condescending way. I could hear them talking through the door.

The staff was kind and the doctor was thorough. Sure there was a wait but it's a walk in clinic. What do you expect? There's a covered area for drop off (we took a Lyft so couldn't wait in a car)....
