History

We had our dream jobs of helping people with their health & wellness. We (along with our team) helped over 2000 people better their health with lifestyle modifications. The outcomes were amazing! Lowered blood pressure, weight loss, lowered cholesterol and A1c readings and most of all our participants were feeling great! The program ended due to Covid and we were laid off. We decided to start our business to continue to help people improve their health. One year later and we've had wonderful success with the participants through our challenges, monthly memberships and corporate wellness programs.

At Fluxelife, our main focus is to help individuals & companies create consistent online fitness & yoga routines, while cultivating healthy habits.
