The Market side of the business is a grab and go concept and consists of a Bakery, Gourmet Deli with House Roasted Meats, Entrees, Salads, Sandwiches, Soups, Appetizers, Snacks, Desserts, including our signature Blueberry Cream Cheese Scones. We are known for our Cakes including our Famous Lemon Crunch Cake and Diamond Head Torte, popular for gifts and special occasions. The Grill on the outside is a nostalgic Take Out Window that features Upscale Local Hawaiian Fare with a "Charbroiled/Grilled" Concept. Our Award Winning Breakfasts includes Pancakes from Scratch and Breakfast Plates. Lunch and Dinner Menu include Entrees, Salads, Sandwiches, and famous handmade Burgers. We offer a true taste of Hawaii with a Fresh Concept that is reasonably priced with a quick service. We are Popular with Locals and many Global Visitors who reviewed us with a 4.5 rating.
