Billy is an icon on the north shore. He was a little off his game as his favorite chair had just been broken. .. my hubby got not only a cut but a few stories in between.

Okay. Nothing special. The cost for a clipper cut is $17 and the place is kinda dirty but interesting guy for sure. I wouldn't go back though.
