The owner smelled like cat pee and was dirty. The other stylist looked professional and stylish but for the owner to be so disheveled and look to be wearing dirty clothes

Zapien's has a genuinely friendly talented staff. Clean and well organized. Free touch up between hair cuts is a very nice added benefit.
