I'd like to know why the 1 dollar drink doesn't include ice tea. It's cheaper to make than soda and is popular with a lot of people who don't drink soda

Service is disgusting waited over 20 min in drive thru. Apparently the cook is also the one who takes your order.

The Wendy's in Cleveland has gone so far downhill! There have been times recently when I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-through. I know that they are shorthanded but that was a ridiculous...

At age 14 I began working at Wendy's in Helen, Ga. Of course being 49 now, that was decades ago but there are a few choices that would be great to see come back...such as the apple dumpling!!!...
