The tellers are very friendly and professional. The drive up was out of commission for about 30 minutes. I had to go inside and the teller that waited on me stopped and opened up to service me...

Always busy but tellers are slow and always leaving the window to do something other than serve the customer. I'd change banks but this is associated with my employer

Crappy bank. It's 2:00 pm and there are 2 tellers and no drive through access for clients. Line is out the door. Wells Fargo has one "very powerful business rule "courtesy"... nothing courteous...
