Don't do it. Horrible. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Cheap, shoddy apartments. Rude, disrespectful manager. Grounds are filthy. Dog poop everywhere. Garbages overflowing....

Belle isle apartments are way better and it is right next to them, all for the same price. Lived at Waterford place for a year and overall is a good community. Very quiet with a good location next...
