Founded in 1989, RayPaul Coating is one of the largest powder coating firms in the Southeast. The company s facility has two custom powder coating systems. System one accommodates parts up to 120 inches-by-70 inches-by-32 inches, incorporates a five-stage pretreatment plus a final R/O rinse. System two is capable of producing up to 60,000 parts per shift utilizing Nordson automation application equipment and reciprocating gun movers. Both systems operate on a 24-hour per day schedule.
