While Valley Cafe & Catering is not new to Dillard, we are now in a new, larger location. In our new location we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. We have a spacious main dining room with great mountain views and a private dining room that can accommodate parties of up to 70. Located in a former bank, we have utilized the vault as a whimsical wine cellar and the dining room walls are lined with historical photos of the area. The menu is varied and reasonably price.

They have had a "B" rating for quite some time now. However, we try to support local businesses close to us. The food is decent , but the owner, Maria, is very rude. I think that is her name....

The food is not great. Mashed potatoes were instant and green beans were out of a can. The only good thing was the banana pudding.
