everyone seems stoned and completely indifferent . everytime i send my pdf to be printed via email, they never have the email or the printouts ready

I had an item shipped beginning of November, was suppose to be delivered in 4 business day . Package never got delivered, i reached out twice and was told to wait 7 business days twice to process...

Worst UPS store I've ever been too and that's to say the least. The ONLY location that doesn't allow payment over the phone. And what's worse is the guy lied to me saying that no other UPS stores...

Seriously the worst of the 4 local UPS stores. No acknowledgement when you enter or are waiting. 4 people clocked in but only one register working and no effort to get started with second...

I very rarely leave reviews but honestly this UPS store has the worst customer service of any of the local ones I've gone to. As a fellow franchise owner (different product) you may want to train...
