Please don't label customers orders as such. "Old Lady" ?!!! Well, she could probably teach you a few things. Nevermind the time it takes to get this mush that the kids and my mother in law insist...

You have to use kiosk, Employees always seem to ignore customers and it sometimes takes 30min to get food if you want to dine in. Taco bell is not what it used to be. Very disappointed.

The tacos where cooked in bad tasting oil. It was very poorly done and they don't even answer the phone when you call.

their night shift is so bad. pls do not expect to get your food any faster than 30 minutes. no joke. i literally get 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos and it takes FOREVER. terribleee customer...
