service is terrible, the employees barely can understand what I'm saying when I'm trying to build my sandwich I've had them mess up multiple times, they never clean either the environment is terrible

I come here often and I asked for 3 water cups with my meals. Unfortunately, they were out of proper supplies, not a big deal, but I asked for 3 regular cups for water and she said can't do it....
