No deodorant 6. No make up (optional) 7. Mani/pedis or any kind of waxing before you tan After Care: 6-24 hours after tan (1-3 hours after Rapid tan) 1. Luke warm shower 2. No hard scrubbing 3. No bar soap 4. Moisturize daily 5. Sunscreen still needed
