About Skyland Trail Based in Atlanta, Skyland Trail is a nationally recognized nonprofit mental health treatment organization serving adults ages 18 and older and adolescents ages 14 to 17. We offer primary psychiatric residential treatment and day treatment programs for adults and teens. Specialized adult programs include CBT, DBT, first episode psychosis, dual diagnosis, and cognitive processing therapy. Specialized adolescent programs include CBT, DBT, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy for trauma.
