A good clean hotel, comfortable beds, looks well maintained. Would stay there again. Felt comfortable there. Near many restaurants and St Mary's Hospital (reason for my travel)

Bed Bug sitting right on top of the bed. Left the room within 10 minutes. Night clerk gave me a disconnected number for the manager. They're now claiming I was in the room for over 2 hours....

The so called owner, knocked on my door at 11:30 at night claiming my service dog was barking. And we needed to be quiet - the only problem is that this is now in litigation. Poor choices deserve...
