wish i could give zero stars. THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE OPEN AT 9:30 ITS 10:05 not a soul in the building. called customer service to tell them that this place sucks. i have a move scheduled for this...

Worst moving experience ever! I reserved my unit and fully paid in advance 3 days before I moved in. I was emailed my storage unit number & access code to be able to "skip the line" as the email...
