Friendly customer service was a 5 at its best. But that chicken ranked below Popeyes chicken standard. It was not hot at all. The biscuits were cold and hard too.

Bad service and they Don't season their chicken anymore. It Taste like they take the chicken right out of the bag and throw it in the grease.

It started really rough at drive through. I had to repeat myself several times for them to get my order wrong. My wife ordered 8 piece nuggets with ranch sauce. My wife's asked for Mac n cheese...

I ordered 16 pieces all white and I got mixed.I ordered spicy and got non spicy. I don't know that I ever got what I've ordered. It seems to happen at all Popeyes restaurants.
