Maulikkumar Patel, MD, is board certified in Internal Medicine. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Patel served as the chief fellow in the division of cardiology during his fellowship at the University of South Alabama. Dr. Patel offers diagnosis and treatment of adult patients with cardiovascular diseases including atherosclerotic coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, arrhythmias and valve disease. His special interests include preventive cardiology and cardiac imaging including coronary calcium score and coronary CT.

Kalaimani Elango, MD is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, Cardiovascular Computed Tomography and Vascular Interpretation. Dr. Elango has been practicing medicine for eight years. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Elango was an Invasive Cardiologist at Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, Arizona. Dr. Elango specializes in invasive cardiology, general cardiology heart blockages, congestive heart failure and atrial fibrillation.
