Dr. Perumal earned his medical degree from J.S.S School of Medicine, Mysore/India and completed his residency at University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria. Dr. Perumal is board certified in Family Medicine. He has a special interest in Urgent care, been practicing Urgent care medicine for the past 7 years. Dr. Perumal worked with Medpost Urgent Care in the Atlanta area and prior to that he worked as Medical Director of Indiana University Health Urgent Care in Indiana before joining Piedmont Urgent Care Yorktown. He is currently working at Piedmont Fischer Marketplace Primary Care in Sharpsburg, Georgia and serves as Regional Medical Director of Retail Care and Concierge Medicine for Piedmont Physician EnterpriseIn his spare time, Dr. Perumal enjoys spending time with family in the beach. He enjoys playing Cricket, Tennis and Volleyball.

Dr. Guy Arnall, Jr. earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed his residency at Emory University School of Medicine and is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Arnall was born and raised in Newnan Georgia and has been in practice locally since 1993. He also acts as a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner with the Federal Aviation Administration and performs FAA physicals. In his spare time, Dr. Arnall enjoys playing tennis. Arnall welcomes most major insurance plans.

Mary Lane, M.D., obtained a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from Georgia Institute of Technology. She received a medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Ga. Dr. Lane completed a residency in internal medicine at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians Group, Dr. Lane practiced at the MetroHealth Beachwood Health Center and served as an assistant professor at Case Western Reserve University School for Medicine. She is board certified in internal medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians. In her spare time, Dr. Lane enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with her family. Dr. Lane welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
