History

Optimum Living Consultants is the second level of my journey in aiding others on their holistic path. We began 15 years ago and our sole focus was on detoxification of the body through colonics, body wraps, massage etc but as we grew and evolved we came to understand the true meaning of holistic, which is body, mind and spirit, we began to develop programs to assist the body's healing, cleansing and rejuvenation on all levels. We now offer programs and workshops that address and assist the total body on its journey to optimum health. In addition to our therapies and programs that focus on the body we also offer wellness/life coaching, intuitive readings, live blood cell, meditation coaching - which speak to the mind/spirit areas of the body.
