With online coaching, your trainer will provide a plan for you based on your goals and equipment availability that you can use at home or at the gym. This plan is easily accessed through Trainerize or a simple PDF document. You can video your workouts, upload or email them, and your coach can offer you feedback to better your sessions. All you have to do is sign up, and your trainer will take care of the rest. Each workout program is created with smart progressions in mind. Month-to-month and paid-in-full plans are available for online coaching.
