As natives to this part of North Georgia, we believe this area truly is a slice of heaven on earth, and we are excited to be helping others discover the peace and beauty of the mountains. Growing up here, we were familiar with the beautiful mountains, and we enjoyed swimming and skiing in the crystal clear lake every summer. We watched this area grow and change over the years. Some lands that had been damaged by devastating mining practices have been reclaimed to restore their scenic beauty.
