Melissa Morgan Pietro, PA

Melissa Pietro earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Georgia and received her Master of Physician Assistant degree from Georgia Regents University in Augusta. She has been a board-certified physician assistant since 2015. Her clinical focus is Surgical Oncology and Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Surgery. She also serves as the Lead Physician Assistant for the Piedmont Early Detection Pancreas Cancer Clinic. She has a special interest in identifying patients at higher risk for pancreatic cancer and then coordinating an individualized multidisciplinary plan for early detection and surveillance. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family. Melissa welcomes new patients and accepts most major insurance plans.
