Angela Schneider, MSN, NP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated with honors from the University of North Georgia, and received the Clinical Award of Excellence for outstanding performance during her training. Angela specializes in family medicine and provides services and treatment for patients of all ages. She offers same day and follow up appointments. She has a special interest in health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. In her spare time, Angela enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Angela Schneider, R.N., MSN NP-C welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans.

Tom Curtis, NP, earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee. Tom Curtis has thirty-three years of total medical experience, including nine years in family/urgent care and emergency medicine and one year as a hospitalist. He is also a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In his spare time, Tom Curtis enjoys spending time on the lake, swimming, fishing, cooking, and enjoying the outdoors with his family. Tom Curtis is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.
