I order the burger patties by themselves and that can be difficult at some McDonald's locations as the staff doesn't always know how to enter that... or insists you must you the kiosk that does...

Everything could be improved on: service, food, and system. There was an extremely long line, and they had two lines of drive thru going to the last drive thru window. The staff was pretty rude....
