The staff were friendly and upbeat, the ambiance is clean and the chocolate ice cream was to die for! That was my first and only time at a Leopolds so I will certainly be back to try more flavors.

I'm so happy they opened a new Leopold's on Whitemarsh! The lines haven't been crazy long and the service is great! It seems like a really good location for them. More parking than the Broughton...
