I trusted LA Fitness at Pleasant Hill location to provide kid club service for my son while I have a quick workout before go to work. I paid 2 months in advance for this service. No prior details...

spoke to staff about allowing Homeless to sleep in chair. nothing was said and nothing was done. This is an embarrassment.
