Spent $17 and the chili cheese fries we ordered were tiny. No reason this is almost $5 a piece. Absolutely ridiculous. What happened to the regular portion.

This is not fast food. Guy didn't even know I was sitting here waiting even though they told me to park in a parking spot and wait. Food was cold waited 20 minutes for it. Missing chili and food...

Food was sloppily made. I asked for ketchup on half my Krystal's and there was none on the Krystal but there was some on the side of the box... also asked for no onions, still ended up getting...
