Picked up an online order at 5:45... no line, yet nobody at the counter for severa minutes. Chicken (breast, strips and nuggets) had to be at least. several hours old. Very disappointing!

Not only have they removed the drive-thru window but they have removed every single morsel of chicken from the chicken pot pie! Shame on KFC!! They were on American staple and now they are awful.
