Right before the toll to pay for parking on Jekyll Island you will see the Welcome Center on your left hand side. Nice clean place with tee shirts and other stuff you buy on vacation. We spoke...

Clean restrooms. A very nice gift shop, and an outdoor observation deck that has a great view of the bridge, looking toward Brunswick.
