I have shopped at JCPENNEY for years as they have been around a long time. They have a large assortment of goods and nice clothes. The mall of Ga location is pretty good.

They quote à price for requested services but after getting hair done, at time to pay, the prices are raised. Will not be returning.

It's the middle of Christmas shopping season and they have 2 cashiers for the first floor. I have been waiting in line for 20 minutes and still have 3 families ahead of me.
