I wanted to get away and have some ME time, so I booked a room for 2 nights, just to relax. This isn't the first time I've been at this hotel, and I like Holiday Inn, so I decided to stay here....

They purposely book you incorrectly when you call in to get more money from you. Had to cancel a group rate and pay a same day check in rate. BE AWARE
