They put the chicken into the styrofoam container way too fast and it burns holes and leaves the chicken coated in styrofoam.

I have only used the drive thru. The person taking the orders is friendly and knowledgeable about the items offered. My food was cooked fresh, the fish, chicken and fries were hot. No greasy food...
