I was very impressed with Heritage Flooring! I needed all the carpet on the second floor and bedroom on first floor replaced with laminate to match the laminate flooring the builders installed....

We would never hire this company, ever. First part of job was OK. The second job we had them do was terrible. The owner was unwilling to help with the situation to help satisfy the customer....
