I absolutely LOVE the Rincon branch of our public library! Excellent staff members, each having premiere customer service skills. I love the website and I reserve a lot of books and dvds online....

Pitiful excuse for a library. Very disorganized. Books are all shelved incorrectly. Most of the staff are bitchy. One older gal (Rain?) is super nice but the rest are snotty. Especially that boss....
