I called to make an arrangement. The lady on the phone was the rudest! She was extremely rude and sounded like she didn't want to serve us. We ended up not ordering the arrangement.

The person who delivered an arrangement to my parents today was fantastic! I mistakenly put the wrong address on my order (it's been a loooong week, I put the address they lived at 15 years ago)....
